Face Your Karma

There is a law of Reason, that exists in this universe and if we don't abide by it, we suffer. Reason is associated with thinking, calculation and purpose. Karma is an inexorable, rational, causal, mathematical law. It is a law that holds enormous power over the human mind. It is a law of mind, life and consciousness.

Karma is not a function of morality, it is a function of consciousness. Actually, karma has nothing to do with morality, ethics and intentions. These are purely subjective concepts as they differ for every individual based on their level of consciousness. It all depends on the level of your consciousness, on how you interpret your karma. 

The mind is stronger than muscle, mind has enormous power. It can create matter and allow us to travel at the speed of thought. Reasoning is the inherent property of the mind.

All things are connected, this we know. All things are connected like the blood which unites one family. Every action has its consequences. Every cause has effects. So there is a way of knowing things completely. 

Your beliefs get power from your acceptance, so be sure to accept only, what is considered reasonable and logical. If you are a person of faith, emotions or feelings, there can be no reasoning with you. These types of people classify all things between Good and Evil.

In fact, there is nothing like the Good and the Evil, the only war is the one, between the Altruism and the Selfishness. Selfishness is pure stupidity. 

Remember, every desire is selfish to some extent, our minds are hardwired to be selfish. Our minds are hardwired to avoid pain and sufferings, that is just the human nature. The soul is forever striving to break free and express itself fully in its own terms, unrestricted by material constraints.

But never forget that we live in a collective world, where we depend on others and the others depend on us, for many things. Unless the collective evolves, we can't evolve too. 

Don't believe anything. Know things. Think rationally. Look for reason and logic. Don't think with your senses. Eventually, you will learn to recognize the path of light and knowledge.

Evil doesn't pull you down and punish you, stupidity does. Stupidity should be regarded as almost criminal.

I will not see what others have done to you, I will see what you have done to others.

  The Theory of Nothingness ( Originally written for India Film Project IFP s-11's 7 Days Writing Challenge ) It was a cold winter evening. A woman, in her late thirties, walks down a street in New Delhi. She took a mobile device from her bag and opened an e-hailing app on it searching for a ride. After fiddling with the mobile screen for a few moments she dialed a number, the cab driver picked the call on the other end and told her that he would be reaching within 10 minutes.  After a few minutes the cab arrived.
